We only carry out Visual inspections on change of ownership such as sale of property or new tenants and within a current in date electrical inspection condition report (EICR) period. If required we can also provide an estimate for any remedial work found during the inspection. Please note if there is no current EICR in place the visual inspection will not be carried out as a full EICR is recommended.
